All items are made to order. Please allow 3–7 business days for your order to be handmade, embroidered, and prepared for shipment. During busy seasons (holidays, sales, or new launches), processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Times

Once your order has shipped, the estimated delivery times are:

Canada: 2–7 business days

United States: 5–10 business days

International: 7–21 business days

Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or customs processing.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Customs & Duties (International Orders)

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes that may be charged upon delivery. These fees are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages. If your package is delayed or missing, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking information. That said, feel free to reach out and we’ll do our best to help.
